Straight pricing

What debris removal costs.

Building material is heavy, so unlike household junk it's priced by weight as much as volume. Concrete, dirt, gravel, tile, and shingles are dense and may be billed by weight or need more than one load — so clear photos really help us quote it. Lighter debris like drywall and wood prices more like regular junk.

Small debris pickups start at our $150 construction minimum, and we always confirm the final price onsite before anything is loaded. There's no charge if you decide not to go ahead.

Straight answers

Construction debris questions.

Not sure how your pile will price out? Text photos to (561) 929-8359 and we'll size it.

What construction debris do you take?

Most non-hazardous building material: drywall and plaster, lumber and scrap wood, concrete, brick and block, tile and flooring, roofing and shingles, dirt, gravel and sod, fencing and decking, and torn-out cabinets and fixtures. If you're not sure about an item, send us a photo and we'll tell you.

Why is construction debris priced differently than regular junk?

Building material is heavy, so it's priced by weight as much as by volume. Dense material like concrete, dirt, gravel, tile, and shingles can be billed by weight or need more than one load, while lighter debris like drywall and wood prices more like household junk. Clear, wide photos help us quote it accurately.

Do you work with contractors and do job-site cleanouts?

Yes. We handle debris removal for both DIY homeowners and contractors on residential and light-commercial jobs, and can schedule around your project so the site stays clear as you go.

Can you take concrete, dirt, and other heavy material?

Yes. Concrete, dirt, gravel, brick, and tile are dense, so they're usually priced by weight and may take multiple loads. Photos of the pile and roughly how much there is help us give you an accurate estimate up front.

Is there any construction material you can't take?

We can't take hazardous or regulated materials — asbestos, wet paint, solvents, chemicals, fuels, and similar items require licensed handling. If any of that is in the mix, give us a call and we'll point you the right way.

Do I need to pile up or bag the debris first?

It's not required — we do the loading. Having it in one spot or bagged can speed the job and sometimes lowers the price, but if it's spread out or still in place, our crew will gather and load it for you.
