How does junk removal work with LPA?
It's simple: you point, we haul. Text or upload a photo of what you want gone and we give you an upfront, flat price. Once you approve it, we show up, do all the lifting and loading, sweep the area, and haul everything away. You don't lift a thing.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Not always. You need to be reachable to confirm the final price and point out what goes, but that can happen by phone or text with photos. For many jobs — a curbside pile or an unlocked garage — we can handle it while you're at work, as long as we've agreed on the items and price and can reach them safely.
What do you take?
Just about any non-hazardous household or business junk: furniture, appliances (including fridges and AC units), mattresses, hot tubs, sheds, garage and estate cleanouts, yard debris, construction debris, and full commercial cleanouts. If you're not sure about a specific item, just ask.
What won't you take?
For safety and by law, we can't haul hazardous materials — wet paint, chemicals, fuels, propane tanks, asbestos, or medical waste. Very heavy materials like concrete, roofing, dirt, and tile, plus Freon appliances, may need special handling or a separate price. Ask us and we'll point you to the right disposal option.
How much does junk removal cost?
We charge upfront, flat pricing by the load — no hourly clock and no surprises. Single items start at $99, and most household loads land in the $349 to $749 range depending on how much fills the trailer. A photo gives you a planning range up front; once we confirm the items, access, and weight in person we lock in one final all-in price before we load — and you're free to decline at no charge.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Like most haulers we have a minimum, with single items starting at $99. If you've only got one or two things, it's often worth adding anything else you want gone to make the trip worth it.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your photo gives you a planning range, and we confirm one final all-in price in person before we start — that's the price you pay. Certain extras — Freon appliances, very heavy materials, or hauling more than we agreed to — are priced separately and always approved with you first.
Can you come same-day?
Often, yes — same-day depends on our route that day and available trailer space. Call or send your photos before 3 PM for the best chance of same-day service; otherwise we'll get you the soonest window, usually next-day.
Do you clean up after?
Yes. We don't just grab the big stuff — we do a final sweep of the area so you're left with clean, usable space, not a mess where the junk used to be.
Do I need to tip the crew?
Tips are never expected — our upfront price covers the work. They're always appreciated on a tough job (stairs, heavy items, Florida heat), and $10 to $20 per person is typical if you'd like to. Honestly, a quick Google review helps us just as much and costs nothing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a licensed and insured local business, and we can provide a certificate of insurance when your building, HOA, or gated community requires one — just let us know when you book.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Palm Beach County, Florida — from West Palm Beach, Wellington, Jupiter, and Palm Beach Gardens down through Lake Worth Beach, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton. Check our service areas page or just ask if you're in range.
