LPA Hauling & Junk Removal provides junk removal and hauling services in Palm Beach County, Florida, along with a website and a photo-based quote tool.
Estimates are not final until confirmed onsite
Any price you receive online, by text, or over the phone — including AI-assisted photo estimates — is a good-faith estimate, not a binding quote. The final price is confirmed in person before work begins, once we can see the actual volume, weight, access, and contents. You are free to decline at that point.
Booking, changes & cancellations
Requesting a pickup is a request, not a guaranteed reservation, until we confirm a window with you. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can adjust our route.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will always confirm the final price with you before we start hauling.
Items we cannot take
For safety and by law, we cannot haul certain hazardous materials (such as wet paint, chemicals, fuels, asbestos, or medical waste). Refrigerant appliances and some items may carry special handling fees or require special disposal. Ask us if you are unsure about a specific item.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the items being removed, or have permission to have them removed, and that you have provided safe, legal access to them. You are responsible for removing anything you want to keep before we arrive.
Limitation of liability
We take care on every job, but to the extent permitted by law, LPA Hauling is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
