What's the difference between junk removal and light demolition?
Junk removal is hauling away loose items. Light demolition means we take the structure apart first — a deck, fence, shed, or interior fixtures — then haul the debris away. The same crew handles it, but demolition jobs get a custom estimate after a quick look rather than an instant photo price, since the cost depends on the labor to take it apart.
What can you demolish and remove?
Sheds, hot tubs, playsets, above-ground pools, fences, small decks, pergolas and patio structures, and outdoor kitchens, plus interior tear-outs: cabinets, carpet and flooring, drywall, and other non-structural fixtures. Do you do structural demolition?
No — we focus on light, non-structural demolition and teardown. We don't remove load-bearing walls or take down whole buildings. If a job needs a licensed structural or full-demolition contractor, we'll tell you honestly and point you the right way.
How much does light demolition cost?

Do you haul away the debris too?
